Calibration of tensile strength testers, force-meters

The calibration of the axial and lateral force- measuring systems of tension and tension- compression test instruments (although we could say ‘vertical and horizontal force measuring systems’ this would not be accurate) is performed on-site in almost all cases.

Calibration of crushing machines

Our laboratory is prepared for the full on-site calibration of testing equipment (Bending equipment, CKT crushers, Marshall crushers, concrete crushers, etc.) used primarily in the construction industry. As part of such full calibrations, we offer the following services.

Calibration of hardness measuring machines

Hardness measuring machines can be classified in various ways. According to one of these there are locally installed and mobile hardness testers. The colleagues of MultiLab Kft. can calibrate these instruments and devices on-site or in the laboratory of the company, depending on which category they belong to.

Calibration of load cells

Our laboratory undertakes the calibration of all types of load cells in accordance with the requirements of the relevant MSZ EN ISO 376 standard.

Calibration of hardness testers in the rubber industry (Shore A, D, IRHD)

Our calibration laboratory performs the accredited calibration, adjustment and servicing of Shore and IRHD hardness measuring devices on-site and in our laboratory.

Calibration of scales

Our laboratory undertakes the accredited calibration, adjustment and servicing of non-automatic (manual) analytical and laboratory scales with standard weights in the measuring range 0-200 kg. The devices can be calibrated on site or in our laboratory.

Calibration of torque wrenches

Our laboratory undertakes the accredited calibration and adjustment of torque wrenches and screwdrivers in the measuring range of 0-2000 Nm in accordance with the EN ISO 6789:2017 standard.

Service activity

Our company undertakes the maintenance and repair of MTS machines as the official Hungarian representative of MTS. We also undertake the periodic maintenance and repair of measuring instruments calibrated by us (tensile machines, hardness testers, crushers, rheometers, viscometers) on the basis of an occasional order or a framework contract. If necessary, even with the involvement of our service partners.

We also undertake the recalculated calibration of additional measuring instruments, as well as their calibration in cooperation with accredited co-laboratories, with a short deadline and flexibly! Introduction
